If you own 2 homes in diff. states and one goes into

foreclosure, what happens? We are moving to NC for employment reasons. We bought a home there, but our home in WI hasn't sold yet. We are current on our mortgage payments, but maybe not for much longer. What happens if our home in WI goes into foreclosure?
