...Georgia Bankruptcy ***Confused**? how would this affect our credit??? We are doing a short sale, but it my be going to foreclosure.. which ever comes first.If we have that on our credit yet everything else is paid good.. will our score still be horrible!!!or we can have a good score just foreclosure or Short SaleAlso why do some people file bankruptcy and how does it play a negative role and/or positive role. We have one car payment and no credit cards.. they are in good standing
