Does a house discharged in bankruptcy and then...
...foreclosed show up on credit as both bankruptcy and foreclosure? I have a discharged bankruptcy from 2.5 years ago that included a house. The house was not reaffirmed and has still not foreclosed yet. My question is that when it finally does foreclose, will the home loan show up as "included in bankruptcy" AND foreclosure, or just "included in bankruptcy"?
