how do you take a bank to court over
lawyers fee from foreclosure? I have been going through foreclosure with BOA. I sent them 8,300 in good faith. It wasn't the whole amount, so they said they sent it back. It has been a month and another reinstate letter with escalated fees for lawyers. But, its there fault the extra fees are on, they never sent the check back. I couldn't pay the balance with out it.
