I am renting a home which is in
foreclosure....? The landlord abandoned the property 6 months ago. I know the foreclosure date, which was not their first, this time they were delinquent with the trustee as well. I would like to find out how I can purchase this home from the bank without dealing with the landlord...not a nice person. Where do I begin. How do I find out if there is a sale date for the foreclosure yet etc. HELP ! PS this is in NYS
