Default What is the ratio of foreclosure properties to normal
properties for sale in the United States? I wanted to know the current statistics. I was not able to find this info.

Depends which site you look at 1 in every 45 houses in the US is in foreclosure. (2.22%)As a % of houses for sale, it appears that 14.5% of all those for sale are due to foreclosure..See below for some links...
