If you are in foreclosure on a house, is there a way you can buy a different house. The reason I am asking is the bank does not want to help us out fix our loan. We bought our house for 500,000 and it is worth 300,000. Our 5/1 ARM loan is up in June and the payment is going to go through the roof.I am not the reason the housing makret is all screwed up. I am just a person that has been paying a house payment every month for the last 5 years and the banks will not help out. But hey if want to blame me go ahead a$$hole!Thank you for the information and the help.
