Default Need help..FORECLOSURE...

...summons..response..admitting..certain factors...please read more....? I just received a foreclosure summons and I need to respond with an answer. I simply CANNOT and will not be able to afford a lawyer. The situation is...that I am not fighting the foreclosure, I am okay with it. Although, I do want to respond within the 20 days time frame given to respond...I don't want a default judgment. I want to know what's going on.There is something that I DO NOT AGREE WITH.This is a foreclosure on a timeshare. There are many defendants being sued(being that it is a timeshare) but, myself AND another are on the same promissary note that we'd signed. We are owing $6,000 bucks BUT she is not on the summons, therefore she is not being sued. BUT SHE IS STILL ON THE PROMISSARY NOTE. Shouldn't she also be responsible for half of the $6,000 that we owe?!HOW SHOULD I RESPOND TO THIS SUMMONS...given these factors..I am not fighting the foreclosure.I understand that I am being sued and that I owe......BUT there are two of us on the promissary note and only -->(I)

I've never gone through a forecloser and I understand you can't afford a atty, But I urge you to plz call around the lawyer office's and ask them how much just a consult/advice meeting would be. I did it on one legal problem I had, cost me 75$ and he saved me 100 times that.

If you are both on the note, you are both responsible.
