Default My husband and I Almost lost our home in foreclosure...
...in 2009. We did refinance, will we qualify for the credit? After struggling to keep our home the mortgage company called it a re-negotiated loan. I am afraid we wont be able to qualify for the tax credit. 2009 was a hard year for our family.
