...is going to be auctioned off on Jan. 20th, is there anyway to stop it? I am current in foreclosure, my house going to be auctioned off on Jan 20th, is there a way to stop or postpone the auction itself? The mortgage company is unwilling to work with me, they gave me 24 hours to come up with 4 grand, which is not going to happen. Do I need to have all my stuff out of the house before the 20th? Do I need to be out by the 20th? No one can seem to tell me if by auctioning off my house if that also includes all the contents or what. Thanks so much

Buy it at the auction or pay your bill before hand. Visit usa.gov and see if you can find some assistance.
