if your house has been foreclosed and winterized, do you have any legal standing to retrieve property still inside the house?

it depends...the finance company usually gives notice when you are to vacate the house...if they did and you didnt get everything out then you should contact them and make arrangements to get the rest of your things (if they will allow it)
