Default can i go into foreclosure and walk away and not be

liable for anything? i filed for ch. 13 to try and keep my house, but after paying the trustee and mortage company the mortgage company has added late fees and other fees to the balance which will cause my trustee payments to go up, which i cant afford. if i just walk away and dont pay my mortage will i owe anything to them....currently market value for my home has gone down when i first bought the house.....im trying to make the best choice for me and my family.....and saving money for several months till they foreclose could help my wife purchase a home under her name that we can afford,,,,i just dont know if they can come after me legally...any anwers would be really helpful and appreciated.
