OWNER JUST REAL ESTATE? I recently moved and i found a house on craigslist. they said it was foreclosure and that's why it was cheap and so on. but i found out the owner had left the house months ago. now the real estate guy is renting me the house and keeping the money. He made a lease with his name under it and everything but i don't think anything is legal due to the house is not even his. the bank came that the house was foreclosure from and took pictures and said the house was empty for like a year or so that there is no owner. is this illegal?? and do i have to pay him?? thank you
