Is there will be any problem, if I buy a house
on my name only, after foreclosure of my wife's house.? Currnetly my wife owns our home (only on her name).and soon its going to be foreclosure. Her current lender is breathing down her neck to proceed to foreclosure. This house loan and the payments dont justify the value of this house. If this house goes into forclosure, can they (lender & bank) proceed to sue her for any type of money (i.e. shares in stock market)? The state is Arizona. Secondly if I will purchase a house only on my name and not involve her can they pursue me, and take my house, in future??
