Default When does a bank take over tenants' leases for a

foreclosure? The bank said I can stay in a house while the foreclosure is going through, and the owner (after three months of not seeing him and making no payments) is trying to evict me, is he able to do so? I know that a letter was sent to the owner stating that the house is being filed for foreclosure, but not a single reference online has helped. anyone know anything about this?
