the foreclosure has been filed on...

...november, 6 2009? the home where I live is in foreclosure, my owner is not paying the mortgage, the foreclosure has been filed on november 6 2009 what does it mean? How much time I have approximately to stay here? He has to go to the court in 3 weeks,it will be his 1st court date
