the house i am currently renting has gone
into default and soon to be going into foreclosure. should i payrent? the house went into default for unpaid property taxes oct. 9 and will be taken over by the bank if the property taxes go unpaid on jan. 9. landlord wont give me any straight answers and wont admit to any of this. i have had three separate parties investigate this and all come up the same. i have been told to stay and not pay rent. anyone know what i should do in this situation?
