Default What is a circuit foreclosure?
I just saw online that the home my ex-wife and I bought together says:CASE ACTION: MORTGAGE FORECLOSURECASE TYPE: CIRCUIT FORECLOSUREThe plaintiff is a mortgage company and I am listed as the defendant. My wife is not listed anywhere.Any idea what is going on?Is it just that the mortgage company wants to reposess the house? If so, why is my ex-wife not also a defendant?
