Default Foreclosure of the house I am

renting...Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act? I know I posted this type of question before but the answers didn't answer my question about the definition of "Notice" in the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act....I am renting this house, I paid normal avg rent for the neighborhood on time, on a month to month lease. The owner forclosed a couple months ago and now the original bank has it. It was a Freddie Mac loan. They have never given us official notice that we must vacate at all, not even a 90 day "notice". So, simply stated, do they have to serve notice in writing by certified mail or posted on my front door of the 90 days? I want to live here as long as possible with my family and want to know my rights. I am assuming my 90days doesn't start until they serve me papers of some sort. Thanks again for your time!
