Default I think my brother is letting our family home

go into foreclosure. Do I have any rights? My brother and I inherited a home when my mother passed away. When I was away at college my brother refinanced the home to pull some of the equity out. He has paid the mortgage for about 10 years and is now facing difficult financial times. The mortgage is in his name, but my name is also on the deed. I do not want to let the house go, I am currently living in the home. Do I have any options with the house? I don't know who to call to try to pay the mortgage to stop foreclosure from happening. Would the bank even talk to me about someone elses loan?
