Default I just learned my apartment building is...
...in foreclosure? I am freaking out! I don't know anything about this! I live in NYC.I have tried to search tenant laws, but can't find anything helpful!Landlord never sent me a copy of my lease renewal in August and now I am really scared! I have been on them about sending it to me, but they haven't.PLEASE HELP!I am a single mother of two and cannot afford to get evicted. I have no money in savings to even move!I am an extremely good tenant. Never been late on rent in 7 years, am quiet and considerate of neighbors.
