Default how to write a response letter to a Florida...

...foreclosure court? i cant afford the house and i don't want it. what should i put in the response letter. I need help.

Don't file a "response letter." There is no such thing. I am continually amazed by the number of people who think the correct response to being sued is to write the judge a letter.Go to legal aid. You have a lot more to lose than the house. You could be saddled with a deficiency judgment of tens of thousands of dollars, and lose all right to contest the amount.You can't do this yourself any more than you can perform brain surgery on yourself. Get a lawyer!!

stay there or have some homeless people move in if you go - they need a home to.then make the bank(s) produce an Original title with you name on - not a copy an original title - heck you can rent it out - collect the rent and still stiff them.we are living in a time of opportunity if people can just grab the brass ring - take it.
