Default Problem with my old house and...

...foreclosure.? What about small claims court? Considering he hasn't upheld his end of the agreement by living there and paying mortgage then I should have grounds for a law suit.My ex boyfriend and I bought a house. We since then have broke up. I haven't lived with him for three years. He still lives at the house but hasn't paid the mortgage in four months. They are foreclosing on the house in two weeks and I'm getting screwed because I'm on the contract. I literally have nothing to do with him or that house. He is the only person involved with that house. Now the banks are coming after me. What do I do? Can I sue him for defamation of character considering he has destroyed me credit? How can he file a lawsuit against me? I haven't lived there and have nothing to do with that house. He also has a girl living there with him. How am I liable for anything? The foreclosure is in two weeks. I just found out today. What will happen to me?
