Default Foreclosure compensation questions?
I may have an opportunity to assist a person in acquiring foreclosures in our area, fixing them up or doing whats necessary to get them fixed up (ie hire people). the person is asking what kind of compensation I would require for this and i have no idea. Can anyone give me an idea what kind of compensation I should ask for without scaring this investor away. I really need the work.
