Since these guys were shut down buy the Feds. Does anyone know how the foreclosures will be handled? Please read this story and provide help. I will try to sum this up in as little words as possibleFamily no job since October with TBW mortgage. Depleated saving until March. Applied for Forbearance using their packet in March ending in May to find a job. Found job in May called to advise in May TBW and Shapiro and Weisman issue first foreclosure notice. Called TBW and the say file is been refer to Sparta. Called Sparta and they suggest loan modification and send a loan modification package. Completed it and next day mailed it. Sparta advised me to wait 20 days and Louis was my Case worker with Chevelle Bell and Ruby. After reassurance of my case being worked, I get letter from Shapiro that property has been sold. Sparta advised they did not know. TBW advised they did not know. Called Sparta several times to escalated and the supervisor said I did not have a utility bill in my package. I was shocked after 10 follow up calls that was all they came up with. I believe I was done wrong bottom line. I believe TBW wanted the PMI and they didn"t care to stop the foreclosure for a loan modification for a family. Called Shapiro and Weisman the worker their advised not to show up for court. They are stuck and don't know how to handle the case. HOW CAN I PROVE FRAUD?Any thoughts?
