Discharged of a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and gave up my
home, its still in foreclosure can i get it back? The first lien holder is telling me that i can get my home back even though i was discharged of my bankruptcy and gave up the property, that i can remodify the loan and reinstate it!? It still does not have a date for auction, the deed is STILL in our names, and its STILL going through the foreclosure procedure!! Is that even legally possible?
