This afternoon we got a letter hand delivered to our door from our mortgage lender desert schools. The front of the envelope says personal and confidential in bold red letters and the letter says that your account is due for the amounts above please contact a representative asap.... it has been about 2 and a half months since we stopped paying our mortgage due to financial issues, and we have decided on letting the house go. about how long do you think we have left before we should move?... we are prepared to move and have a place to go, and we live in phoenix, az
