less than thirty days.Did freddy or fanny offer you money to move? Did you file bankruptcy?You may not have to move so quick.I lost two homes in Az. I stopped charging my tenant rent when I became unable to pay the mortgage, that was 14 months ago, and he is still living there. I left my residence after my bankruptcy went through but, the house is still sitting there. My sister left hers two years ago, it never sold at auction and she still receives mail wishing to rearange her mortgage.

Hold out until they offer you cash for keys, you should be able to pick up an extra couple of grand.
