question about home foreclosure?
what happens if you foreclose on a home and are in Chapter 11 bankruptcyNo. I know someone who filed bankruptcy last year, and didn't have to add the home in with it, and now they are going to have to foreclose on their home, what will happen to them if they foreclose on their home? That is what i am asking. Will they get in any kind of trouble.
