...to pay the realtor's commission? The addendum I received about making an offer on a foreclosure states, "Buyer agrees to pay all allowable closing costs on behalf of the seller and buyer." I expected to pay all the closing costs except the commission because it was not my choice to list the house with a real estate company. I am working with a realtor now. Will I have to pay him commission if I buy the house?
