Default foreclosure question?
when is a "foreclosure" on my credit report? when I have been summoned because of a " complaint filed" with a court? Just got my papers- do I now have a "foreclosure" on my credit report?Thanks alot.

Foreclosure will be on your credit report after it is auctioned off at the courthouse. Right now you would just have poor credit because of missed payments at the bank. It is getting ready to be a lot worse.Good luck to you.
