Default Help

For about four years now my husband and I have been going in circles. It is a long story that I could go one about, but I will just get to the point. I have a home loan with Bof A and a house payment of $1272.96. A year ago last November we had to file a chapter 13. Those payments are $570.91 a month. Everything was going fine until my husband got laid off from his job and we got behind again. I am currently 4 month's behind with the trustee and 2 month's behind with my mortgage company.I received a Notice of Motion and opportunity to object. I again would not be behind if my husband was not laid off. All payments were fine until I started to get elec bills of 400.00 a month in the winter month's. I am able to make my house payment's but not the trustee payments that are so high. BofA keeps saying that they could do a loan modification if I got a letter from my attorney who keeps telling me that she can't do that. Now I have gotten this letter and I don't want to lose my house. In a great life if I could get my payments down to $1000.00 a month and do away with the bankruptcy that I can't afford it would be perfect, but I will skip one month of one or the other to pay the other. I can't do both. I don't know what to do and to make things even worse I can't get my attorney to call me back. I have for several month's been calling to see if we could get into court and get a reduction until my husband goes back to work and I don't even get a reply from that. I live in Indiana and need some serious help. Is there anything that I can do or should I say goodbye to my house? Please anyone who can help me I will take any advice that you can give me. Thank You.
