Default House going on foreclosure....?
I'm renting my current home and I had no idea it was going on foreclosure until a month ago. Now I'm being evicted in one week... My lease hasn't expired, and I'm always on time with my monthly payments. I've spent thousands of dollars renovating my home because the landlord gave me a lease-to-buy option. What can I do? Thank you.
