Okay. So the owner of our house has been acting very strange lately!! They only want cash for the rent (if I write them a check or money order they asked me not to put "FOR RENT AT___________, on the memo) and they have been tip toeing around here acting suspicious. I was told by a co worker that the property may be in foreclosure and they aren't letting us know about it. I live in California, I am not sure where to start looking can someone please help me.....Thanks!!
