Default Rental Advice After Foreclosure?
I had to foreclose on my house, unfortunately.Now I am looking for apartments. I'm afraid that leasing managers will not want to accept me as a tenant after the woes I had with my house.What is the best way to present the situation to them? Will they reject my application? I really need a place to live, but am afraid the foreclosure will be held against me.Thanks.
