happens to me? I signed a lease in oct. 08 for a year. I just recieved notice that I have to move out by July 9th of 09 because the landlord didn't pay his bills. The house is being sold in July. What are my rights as a tenant....My lease was not supposed to end until Sept 30 of this yr. Should I stop paying rent and get my deposit back or what??? What about the cost of moving.

your gonna have to move no getting around it. Your one of the lucky ones, Ive seen houses foreclosed on and tenants had 24 hrs to vacate.
