My bank has set a foreclosure sale date on my home in May 2009. I submitted paperwork for a loan modification review with them All forms were received fine. It has been 30 days since they were received and still my file is under "review". I see the foreclosure sale date approaching and no answer from the bank. Should I just wait or there is something else I can do?I can make my monthly payment fine now but the bank is working on the loan. I have not made a payment in about 8 months.
