neighbor purchased home next to me.? they refinanced some time ago and used the cash to pay of other bills. they have hit a really rough patch. now divorced with two car repo's. they are thinking of letting the house go. I know they pay double compared to our mortgage. is their an alternative for him to keep his home. does the mortgage buyout apply?thank you so much. i will pass the info along!!
