buying a foreclosure home whats included in closing
cost? ok i may purchase a forclosure home for 46,000 and their asking for 4,600 for closing cost ,whats usually included in closing cost?does the earnest money go towards closing cost?im a first time homebuyer so i dont know about these things.i would greatly appreciate any info u can give me.
