I am in bankruptcy and foreclosure?
I will be giving the house back with the bankruptcy, but I am confused, at this point the finalization of the bankruptcy has been delayed till May, but the auction on the house is set for April. Can the auction go ahead, before the bankruptcy is done??

More than likely because you are protected since you are filing bankruptcy.

I wouldnt guarantee anything wtih regards to bankruptcy. It is a different animal. I would contact a bankruptcy attorney as soon as possible.
