foreclosure courthouse auction in Kern County, CA? My fiance is looking to buy a home. He is getting pre-approved and would like to look into possibly purchasing a foreclosed home at auction. They are auctioned on the courthouse steps in Bakersfield, CA. My questions are:........... Where can we find the listings of foreclosed homes for purchase?.......... Can we view these homes?.......... How do we find out when the auctions are taking place?.......... Can just anyone show up and bid as long as they have the funds?Again, I understand the need to be approved for a loan amount before going to auction, but what steps do we take after that?Any help will be appreciated!Thanks
