Default in foreclosure for 30 days and 70.00 short?

im so depressed i loosing my battle with mortgage co did all they asked . ive had my home 21 yrs im 60 yrs old on disabled my 24 yr daughter that lives with me is too she has a 2 yr old and is in school to try to have a better future and vocational rehab is working with her she isn't a quitter it took her 21 yrs to graduate from high school and didn't give up she is hell of a mom and a better daughter .we share all the expenses ...mortgage is now 730.00 and was 664 back in april i was 30 days behind because of medic probs and i was in the hospital in june so she sent in older morg payment she didn't know it went up ..never was called or written too next mo. i sent 730 . Always7s western union ..less hassle.got letter from them 3 weeks latter saying money didn't go through..took 3 weeks to get human on phone. i was told i should just move. i was in for closure and to take any payment i needed 3500.00 then the notice was handed to me 2 days later it has been a while . and i now owe almost 9000.00 not counting atty fees

There are lawyers that will work with you on this...for either free or very little...Call Legal Aid. Send the money that you have. I would send a check by certified mail so you have a receipt from the mortgage company. Also, ask them to provide the mortgage note. . .They can't forclose on you with out the note. . .. it may take them several weeks to find it in which case you should have met with your Legal Aid lawyer by then.
