...gets to a foreclosure status? I'm thinking about buying a house and I've seen all of these nice houses on the news going into foreclosure and I've heard that people can buy these houses before they actually go to the auction. I've also, heard that many times all I'd have to do is pay what is owed on the mortgage? How do I find houses like that and who would I contact? Would I have to contact a relator and ask them for all for houses that qualify or what? Someone please help me!
