Foreclosure, Refinancing, and Quit Claim?

Our bank asked us to refinance our mortgage loan 2 months after we bought our house. The asked to take my wife off of the loan for the refinancing, and had us quitclaim her off of the title/deed. Everything is in my name now. How will she be affected if we foreclose? From Nevada.
