Default How can i benefit from the banks helping

foreclosures? I have been out of work for over a year and for that reason was forced to move out of state and live with the in laws. I tried to make my house payment for as long as i could but now i am 8 months behind on my mortgage and i have the property up for sale but have had no bites. I am not sure what to do i just barley started working and i am still not able to make the house payments i owe 225 k on my first mortgage and 30 k on my second i know soon the house will go into foreclosure should i just let it or should i try and keep it i am still out of state and the house is just sitting there. the 2nd mortgage people say they are going to sue me im just not sure what to do . Can anyone help me out on what i should do. i am currently living in Louisiana and the house is in Arizona

Why haven't you tried to rent out the property ? - at least you would be getting SOMETHING coming in instead of the current nothing....
