I've seen some of the properties listed (real ads, not just on the "make a fortune" infomercials) and there really are some amazing deals out there. How long will these deals be out there? I really, REALLY want to get into the real estate game, but I'm a student and I don't have a 100,000 dollar line of credit or anything to work with. How much time do I have to get a line of credit before the foreclosure deals are mostly or all gone?

We have another 2 strong years of the housing slump. The end and beginning of next year will probably be the bottom. There will be foreclosure deals for some time to come.

Do you know how much the interest rate is on a line of credit?! Like 20%. You would be crazy not to get a traditional, 30-year fixed with the current rates they are offering.
