...auction for? New to buying foreclosures and know very little. Looking at the long list of potential auctions in my county and the judgments vary greatly from a few thousand to a few million.This property in particular is in a very wealthy area with a very low judgement. Will it actually go to auction or will it be settled before? If it goes to auction what would it potentially sell for? Given that it is a wealthy neighborhood I can't imagine that it would sell for anything near the judgment amount.
