Can a person w/ a foreclosure get a homeloan?

With the way the market is going and housing going into a huge slump, is there any way/programs out there for people with foreclosures on thier credit to get a homeloan? And I will not take no for an anwer, I know my people here on yahoo answers will haev many avenues to give me....thanks...
