Default I am having a hard time because my house is

in foreclosure and I feel like a failure. ? Is anyone else in this situation and how do you deal with it? How do you deal with feeling like a failure, knowing you put your heart and soul into a house you might have to leave? I know I can't take anything with me and it all stays here when we die but I am having a hard time. I quit working to stay home so my husband and I can start a family and I can stay home and raise our child but I have such anxiety about the possibility of loosing my home. *sigh* Polite and constructive insight is needed!I'm praying about it but I am still finding the not knowing part hard. I know God has a plan and I should stop worrying bit its hard!

Hang tough, honthe ONLY failures in this harsh mistress of a world are those who willfully deny/reject Jesus Christ as Savior Mat 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Mat 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Mat 6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? Mat 6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: Mat 6:29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Mat 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, O ye of little faith? Mat 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? Mat 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Mat 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day [is] the evil thereof.

In these tought ecopnomic times, you are not alone. In order to keep your home, you may just have to leave it and get a job. IJR is not saying raising kids is not a job, but it does not pay well in terms of Finances. Or perhaps sell it and get a smaller home.

I'm sorry about that. It seems to be happening to a lot of people these days, so you're not alone. Stay close to family, I think that people will have to make a lot of sacrifices in the near future because of the state of the world. I regret that it has to be our generation that goes through this, but just know that these things come and go and it gets better in the end.
