Commission on foreclosures and short sales?
Do realtors get their regular commission on foreclosures and short sales? Also, if you know the process for these kinds of home sales, could you explain the step by step process?? Thanks!

My realtor recieved a 16% commission of the forclosure I just bought. I was shocked.The process is the same for a foreclosure if the title is clear which I hope it would be if it's made it to an agency. A short sale is a completely different animal, i beleive more complicated but i don't know the details.
